Cabernet Sauvignon, 2014 It has been chosen as a Special, for being the only time to show it alone, it was to make known its genius in places where it is very loved. It was planted for years with sticks and wires and was not happy to be different from its neighbors of different vines, until the crown was removed and it developed forming a head and arms to protect itself from the setting sun. Thus his vineyard was reborn happy to be equal to its peers and the protection given by its arms full of leaves give it the freshness that translates into its wines and with it we RE choose. Description
Wine of intense colors that shine in the glass, like the starry sky of its vineyard. As it moves, it elegantly shows its character of Señor de los Vinos, perfumed with local herbs, honeyed, poleos, mosquetas and native boldos, peumos and hawthorn trees together with lilies, geraniums, lavender and roses and bluish black fruits like its grapes, from the vineyard’s orchard. Its mouthfeel is a long walk, leaving traces of its great structure and showing a character that is difficult to homologate. A rich and juicy acidity that, together with its size, will give it a life of decades rather than years, and its evolution will be magnificently slow and close to the perfection of enjoyment.
