Conceptual wine is a RE-living, RE-inventing, RE-discovering, from the ancestral Genesis to the present. From the deep, magmatic, warm and generous earth, REnace as the new Venus, from a wise clay jar. Chardonnoir: it is a REvelar, a historical blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties, nowadays blended in perfect harmony. Its color is pearly mother-of-pearl, subtle and elegant. Its perfumes are floral and toasted nuts and dried fruits from the summer. The palate is fresh, full-bodied, very long and extremely fine. A REvolution that gives great pleasure. Drink between 6 and 8 °C to accompany white meats, seafood, fish and charcuterie.
