RE Cabergnan 2016

Description

It is a conceptual wine, it is REcreating the ancestral Genesis, through the use of artisanal processes of vinification in clay amphorae and large jars, with current techniques and knowledge, original wines of great value. Cabergnan: is a REinventing a traditional blend of the family, perfectly blending Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan grapes, both from very old vineyards and dry-farmed condition. It has a lively red color, with some purple hues, and a very attractive density and depth. Its aromas are reminiscent of southern forest fruits and fresh sour cherry, with hints of spices and noble wood. In the mouth it is agile, very fresh, lively and youthful, full of fruit and great complexity. Its body allows it to be kept for 7-10 years. Drink at 14-16 °C to accompany cheeses, ham, red meats and game.
