Description

REcuerdo is a conceptual wine from Bodegas RE, which RE presents the values of the family history of the winery. It is a wine that RE lives the golden white wine of the Cauquenian table, always adorned by a beautiful crystal bottle, whose content was infinite according to the wishes of the diners. A white wine made from black País grapes, with an original pinkish tone that turned golden due to the time stored with oxidation, in old foudres of national raulí. Its aroma of Andalusian jasmine is due to the Moscatel Rosé that covers it like the Sunday blanket of the Huaso Maulino. Today we REcreate and REmember it, as the wine that initiated us in drinking and enjoying the magic of wine, an experience we want to share, in our own glass bottle. From its origin in Viña Roja de Loncomilla, in Maule, we obtain the País varieties, historically known in Chile as Negra Chica, Negra del País or Chilena, in a proportion of 80% and the Moscatel Rosada Pastilla or Moscatel Rosada de Curtiduría, the sweetest and most perfumed of the grapes, in a 20%, to obtain this REcuerdo.
