Description

It is a very special wine, both for its name, which originates from the difficulty of naming it, the elaboration procedures in earthenware jars and for the varieties that compose it. GEWURZTRAMINER / RIESLING are produced as red wines, i.e. co-fermented in contact with the skins for more than 3 months. Pale copper color, and bright orange reflections that invite you to shake the glass again and again. The aromas of green apple, ginger, lychee and magnolia. With a smooth palate, marked by a rich acidity that refreshes in a great way, with firm and soft tannins, well achieved. It is the perfect wine to accompany oily fish, such as grouper and salmon, charcuterie, sausages and roast beef. Ideal for Peruvian or Thai cuisine. Serving temperature between 8 and 11°C
