RE Chardonnoir – Chardonnav plus Pinot Noir, conceived as an expression of Chardonnay of greater structure and elegance, as are the wines of Champagne, is REcreated in a red wine version. Why Reinvent the traditional? To achieve RE Chardonnnoir, a red wine born from the co-fermentation of the same varieties in titanic concrete vats. Its aromas are reminiscent of fresh red fruits. Bold, fresh and light on the palate, it provokes a joy that calls for more and more. It RElikes Peruvian gastronomy and RElikes lean meats from the grill. REcreates joyful sunsets perfumed with machas and Parmesan oysters. A wine that REvives the sunset. Optimum serving temperature RE chilled at 10 to 12 °C.
