RE Ancestral Vines

Description

Wine made from a group of Mediterranean varieties, from our Red Vineyard of Loncomilla, planted in the 50’s, in dry land conditions, on granite and terracotta hillsides. The grapes of the different varieties are harvested at the same time and co-fermented, all with their skins and then an extensive maceration, in order to achieve an intense and deep color, a perfume of remembered forest fruits and a fresh, fast and balanced palate with a structure of soft tannins that allows the wine to be enjoyed with a tasty and simple gastronomy, equivalent to the Mediterranean diet. Syrah: 50% Carignan: 41 % Grenache: 9%
