It is a conceptual wine, it is REcreating the ancestral Genesis, through the use of artisanal processes of vinification in clay amphorae and large jars, with current techniques and knowledge, original wines of great value.
Vineyards of the hillsides of the ancestral and forgotten Maule, of old and wise plants that live with the humility of their dry land condition and the wisdom to produce a wine of nobility. Cherry and ruby red in color, bright and luminous. Aromas of cherries and wild roses, berries, chestnuts and toasted hazelnuts and spicy with hints of vanilla. Its elegant perfume of blue flowers, such as violets, stands out. The palate is full-bodied with fresh acidity. The palate is light, lively, with great character and a long, elegant finish. Great cellaring potential. It is recommended to be consumed with red meats, game, Mediterranean cuisine and mature cheeses.
